Sudhir Mishra, Prakash Jha to work together






Director duo Prakash Jha and Sudhir Mishra have teamed up for Inkaar a film on sexual harassment of women in work places.

Mishra failed to release his last film Tera Kya Hoga Johnny, which has been postponed indefinitely, after its rough cut was leaked online.

But Jha has come forward to distribute his latest movie Yeh Saali Zindagi, which is slated to hit theatres on February 4.

The film is a thriller, starring Chitrangdha Singh, Irfaan Khan, Sushant Singh, Surabh Shukla, Aditi Rao and Arundhoy Singh. "The film deals with the complexities in relationships between a couple who try to save it from ruining," Mishra said.

With Jha's involvement as a producer, Mishra is planning to make more movies. Shooting for Inkaar will start in April and Prakash Jha will be producing the film. The story is based on sexual harassment faced by women in work places," Mishra told PTI.

"The new age women are now coming out of their cocoons to helm important positions in work places which is being detested by a certain section of society who try all possible means to ruin their image. These incidents nowdays form major headlines in newspapers," he added.

The director, who achieved critical acclaim for films like Dharavi, Yeh Woh Zindagi to Nahin, Hazaaron Khawashein Aisi,Main Zinda Hoon and Is Raat Ki Subah Nahin, is also looking forward to work on his next film Dhruv.

The film is a political drama which will trace the dilemma and the competitive relationship between former lovers from different political parties.

The movie is likely to hit the floors in June and will be produced by Jha again who is known for his award-winning films like Damul, Hip Hip Hurray and Rajneeti.

Apart from making movies, Jha is also concentrating on production. His latest production Turning 30 by debutant director Alankrita Srivastav is releasing this Friday.
